1. Who We Are

Rushmore.fun is a community voting platform where users vote on the greatest of all time across sports, music, movies, food, and culture. The top 4 in each category are immortalized on their Mount Rushmore.

2. Accepting These Terms

By accessing or using Rushmore.fun, creating an account, voting, or commenting, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Your username is permanent once set — choose wisely.
• No creating accounts for vote farming or impersonation.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Voting Rules

• Anonymous users may cast up to 30 votes per topic per day.
• Timed Immortals topics have a per-user vote limit specified on the topic.
• Bots, scripts, VPNs, and automated voting are strictly prohibited.
• Coordinated vote manipulation is prohibited and may result in topic voiding.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your comments. By posting you grant Rushmore.fun a license to display your content on the platform. You agree not to post hateful, harassing, infringing, or spam content. We may remove content that violates these rules without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No unauthorized access or scraping of the platform
• No interference with site operation or other users' experience
• No distributing malware or phishing via the platform
• No impersonating Rushmore.fun staff or other users

7. The Immortals & Timed Topics

Once a timed Immortals topic closes, results are permanently sealed and cannot be altered. Rushmore.fun reserves the right to void results from topics found to have been manipulated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Rushmore.fun name, logo, and site content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Rushmore.fun is provided "as is." Rankings reflect community opinion, not objective truth. We don't guarantee uptime or accuracy of results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rushmore.fun's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where injunctive relief is sought for IP violations.
